Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are pleased to offer shipping to select countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to duties and taxes determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our atelier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to track your package's journey to you.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

While we take extreme care in our craft and packaging, should you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our Client Care team at care@kinkelle.com within 7 days of receipt. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will ensure the matter is resolved with grace and expediency.
